I guess this is the part where I tell you why I’ve started this blog… In all honesty, I’m not quite sure. As mentioned in my About Me, I’m a fairly recent Catholic convert, who received the Sacraments of Initiation during Easter 2018. Though I haven’t been Catholic for very long, I’ve noticed that as I continue my lifelong journey with Christ, I’ve had the opportunity to learn about His desires and will for my life through my experiences. I by no means am saying that I know everything. ABSOLUTELY NOT! There are a lot of things I don’t know. I just think that sharing my experiences and how I’ve come to learn about and build a relationship with God, I may be able to provide a new Emily perspective on some of the life things I’ve experienced (and perhaps other things that I happen to think of).
So in terms of direction with this blog… I guess that will be a matter of what I feel called to write about and thus share with you.
WARNING: I’m not the best when it comes to writing relative to sentence structure, grammar, and sometimes just making any actual sense, but I’m going to really try!
I guess the only thing left to say is that I’m really excited to start this and share with all of you! This is going to be great (hopefully)! Stay tuned!
